1. Can you manage my home in Rancho Mirage?

Homewatch Palm Springs manages clients homes in Palm Springs and in the surrounding communities of Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert.

 

2. Do you manage vacation rentals?

Homewatch Palm Springs is not a vacation rental agency, however we have many clients for which we manage their vacation rental property. This means that our clients handle the bookings, leases, and collection of rents, and we simply facilitate the rental. We handle the property preparation, the check-in, check-out and the final walk-through. Additionally, we are the point of contact for tenants and guests while they are staying at our clients’ homes.

 

3. How much do you charge?

Our prices vary based on our clients’ level of service, but Homewatch Palm Springs offers service plans starting as low as $100 per month. We would be pleased to provide you with a quote based on your needs.

 

4. Do you provide a monthly reconciliation for your services?

Homewatch Palm Springs provides a monthly reconciliation and invoice for all services rendered throughout the month. For some ‘big ticket’ services or repairs, we may require pre-payment by the property owner.

 

5. How is payment accepted?

Homewatch Palm Springs e-mails a monthly reconciliation upon which payment is due in full. Clients have the option of paying by check or arrangements can be made so we can send you a Google invoice which allows clients to pay by credit card.

 

6. Can you forward my mail and parcels?

Homewatch Palm Springs can forward mail and parcels from your vacation home to your permanent residence.

 

7. Do you only provide the list of services noted on your website?

The services noted on our website are only those services that we frequently provide. But we are always able to provide special services as requested by our clients.
